Veterinary Referral – Important Information

If your dog has any existing medical conditions — whether or not they are the reason for swimming — we require a veterinary referral and full medical history before we can accept a booking.

Please ask your vet to complete the referral. It is essential that this is completed and submitted prior to requesting an appointment.

This process ensures your dog’s sessions are both safe and effective, and allows our team to tailor support to their individual needs from day one.
