Thank you for your interest in booking an induction session (for dogs without medical conditions)— we’re thrilled to welcome you and your dog to K9 Swim Mcr! Please read all information below or your booking request may be refused.

The induction is an important first step. It allows our specialist team to assess your dog’s ability in the water, gently introduce them to the pool, and provide tailored advice for future swims.

Please note:
During induction and assisted sessions, only your dog(s) and the hydrotherapist will be in the pool. Owners are not permitted in the water during these sessions, but you are more than welcome to watch, take photos, or film from poolside.

After a successful induction, we can discuss non-assisted swims, where owners are welcome to join their dogs in the pool.

Before your session:
Veterinary Check Is Required
All dogs must be seen by a veterinarian before attending, even if they have no known health conditions. This is for your dog’s safety, as swimming may not be suitable for all breeds or individual health concerns.
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that your dog has been cleared by a vet to swim.

No food 3 hours before or after the session.

Please toilet your dog before arrival, charges apply for accidents in the pool.

Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your time slot.

Towels are not provided. While we have a shower/dryer room, the dryer can be noisy. Please bring towels in case your dog prefers not to use the dryer.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you have any questions before your visit, feel free to get in touch. We look forward to meeting you !
